The Effect Lifestyle Reopens May 18th!
During these past months of uncertainty and change, we have been looking forward to the day when we can welcome our guests back to The Effect Lifestyle Practice. We are excited to announce that we are reopening our spa on May 18, 2020 and will operate based on the reopening guidelines established by the State of Florida and Duval County governing bodies.
Our top priority has always been to bring an unparalleled safe experience of healing and rejuvenation to our guests, and our resolve is stronger now than ever before. Our team has been hard at work to raise the bar of hygiene and sanitation, as well as considering every step of treatment and their processes to ensure we meet your needs in a focused and safe manner that is in accordance with government guidelines.
Here are some tangible ways we have ramped up our efforts to guarantee guest and employee safety:
Service providers will wear masks, goggles, and gloves during treatments as an enhanced safety measure. Our front desk staff will welcome you with a warm no touch greeting and assist you with check-in. We will not be offering any type of beverage and or food within our locations during your visits to eliminate unnecessary exchanges and keep you safe. Our team will be performing pre-care infra-red no touch temperature checks and request you wash your hands prior to treatment to maintain the most sterile environment for your care. We will have social distancing guides and signs which our front office teams will assist you in your clinic navigation. Temporary closure of front office lobby seating. Bottled Water will be available to guests in lieu of communal snacks and beverages. There will be an increased number of rooms utilized for treatments to ensure each room is sanitized and fully prepped for each guest. Reduction in the number of SculpSure sessions per day due to the necessary cleaning associated with this machine.Opportunity to pay for your treatment and gratuity in advance to allow for a touchless payment transaction. We will have a pen sanitizer station and a check in and out protection guard to ensure all staff and patients feel safe and protected.
To keep our guests and employees safe, we will ask all guests to:
Refrain from a spa visit if you or a household have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms, or a communicable illness or under present isolation or quarantine order/directive. Refrain from bringing visitors. Respect the spa’s sanitation and hygiene standards and processes within the spa. Wear a mask if you have one for entry and exit. You may be required to wear gloves for many treatment procedures we will provide. You will be required to brush your teeth prior to injections we will provide supplies.After care may require Vaseline, an antibiotic ointment and or a similar barrier which will be utilized based on treatment type to seal treatment areas for further hygiene safety. Please share special sanitation or hygiene requests prior to arriving at the spa.
